Girls executed at Amish school
Three deadly shootings in the country in less than a week - this time, four young girls killed and eight critically injured…
Their ages - between 6 and 13.
And this in a country that has, since World War II, invaded or occupied countless sovereign nations - often with the pretense of ensuring that the nations people are kept “safe” and enjoy the “same freedoms” that Americans do.
One must ask the question though - who in their right mind wants their country to “enjoy” a rampant gun culture?
Allegedly, up to 80 Americans a day die as a result of gun violence - and our Prime Minister, the not so honourable John Winston Howard wants to ride shotgun (pun intended) with his mate George Dubbya on his world wide crusade…
This derranged mongrel - Charles Carl Roberts IV - (what the fuck is it with lack of originality in naming children in America - why all this “juniour”, 2nd, 3rd shit?) walks into a peaceful Amish school with a handgun and an automatic shotgun, ties up a bunch of innocent kids and then starts blowing them away, apparently as revenge for “an incident that happened 20 years ago”…
Twenty fucking years ago, these poor girls weren’t even born.
You may well trot out the old cliché - guns don’t kill people, people kill people - and you would be right. And people who insist on having enshrined in their constitution, the antiquated notion that people have a “right to bear arms” are as a whole, collectively responsible for each and every death that occurrs as a result of said “rights”.
I am sure that there are some lovely peaceful Americans out there, but their voices just must be a lot quieter than the ugly warmongering ones.
I see the whole notion of Americans taking it upon themselves to act as the world police to be somewhat hypocritical when each and every day the problems, instability, inequality, violence, corruption, poverty and racism that plagues the country is splashed across the worlds media.
Isn’t it time that the metaphorical rake was taken out of the rusty shed and swept across the back yard of the United States?
